Returns & Refunds

Return window: Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable: Opened or used fragrance and beauty products cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or defective: Notify us within 48 hours with order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
