Returns & 60-Day Smooth-or-Free Guarantee
We stand behind the Belleza Smoothing Hair Serum. Use it daily for up to 60 days from delivery. If your hair isn't visibly smoother, shinier and frizz-free, contact us within those 60 days for a replacement or a full refund.
How to make a request
- Email hannah@itsbelleza.com.
- Include your order number and the reason for your request.
- Wait for our instructions before returning anything.
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional processing time.
Opened products
Opened serum bottles qualify under the 60-day guarantee. Empty bottles, misuse, excessive repeat requests and purchases made outside our official website may not qualify.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the package and item. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return shipping
If a physical return is required, we'll provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Return-shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
